ITINERARY:

DAY 1: ARRIVAL ISTANBUL (D)
Upon Arrival, we’ll start our tour at Blue Mosque also known as Mosque of Sultan Ahmet. Next is Hippodrome of Constantinople, a circus that was the sporting and social center of Constantinople, capital of Byzantine Empire. St. Sophia Church a former Eastern Orthodox Church converted to a mosque. Lastly is Emirgan Tulip Garden which is open only in the month of April. Overnight Istanbul.

 

DAY 2: ISTANBUL – ANKARA – CAPPADOCIA (B / L /D)
Breakfast. First stop is Ataturk Mausoleum and takes pictures at Pass Thru Salt Lake. Overnight in Cappadocia.

 

DAY 3: CAPPADOCIA (B / L /D)
Breakfast. We’ll visit Cappadocia starting in the valleys of Pigeon – came from thousands of pigeon houses that have been carved into soft tuff since ancient times, Pasabag Valley also called the Monks Valley and Devrent Valley, different from others in the area because it does not have the rock churches that are in abundance in places like Ihlara. Then the Villages of Uchisar Castle and Avanos Pottery is a small town of Avanos in Cappadocia is famous for its distinctive red earthenware pottery. Last stop is Turkish Turquoise. Overnight in Cappadocia.

 

DAY 4: CAPPADOCIA – KONYA – PAMUKKALE (B / L /D)
After eating breakfast, we’ll continue the tour at Cappadocia start in Underground City, once a place of refuge for 15,000 Christians. Then transfer to Konya, first, we’ll enter the Tropical Butterfly Garden and Valley. Then transfer to Pamukkale. Overnight in Pamukkale.

 

DAY 5: PAMUKKALE – KUSADASI ((B / L /D)
Breakfast. First stop, Cotton Castle, Pamukkale means cotton castle in Turkish and the name is fitting for this geological wonder where mineral-rich waters tumble down the hillside. Next is Ancient City of Hierapolis, located on the top of Pamukkale and is a World Heritage Site. Next is Ephesus Ancient City, one of the greatest of the Ionian cities. Lastly, Virgin Marry House. Overnight in Kusadasi

 

DAY 6: KUSADASI – PERGAMON, CANAKKALE (B / L /D)
Breakfast, then will have souvenir pictures of Trojan Horse, will be greeted by the huge replica of a wooden Trojan horse, it is a vivid reminder of the ancient Trojan War.

 

DAY 7: CANAKKALE – ISTANBUL (B / L /D)
After breakfast. We’ll visit Topkapi Place, a large palace in Istanbul, Turkey that was the primary residence of the Ottoman sultans for approximately 400 years. Next is Grand Bazaar. Then we’ll have a Bosphorus Dinner Cruise with Belly Dance Show. Overnight in Istanbul.

 

DAY 8: DEPART ISTANBUL (B)
Free for your own leisure until departure.

 

DAY 9: ARRIVAL HOME
